1. Check-in is completed upon presentation of the Guest’s civil passport and 100% payment for the entire period of stay at the Club Chalet (hereinafter referred to as the Club).

2. Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00 local time.

3. In case of check-in later than the stated date, the amount of unused services by the Guest is not subject to compensation.

4. Payment for the stay is made according to the current rates for the duration of stay at the Club, for the entire stated period.

5. Payment for additional services is made in full according to the approved price list.

6. The stay of children under 6 years old with parents is not paid additionally, without providing an extra bed. The stay of children over 12 years old is paid at the full rate according to the current price list. The stay of children from 6 to 12 years old is not paid at the extra bed rate.

7. Early check-in from 6.00 to 14.00 and late check-out until 20.00 are paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the cost of staying in the Club. When checking out after 20.00 – payment is made for a full day. In case of departure of the Guest after 12:30 a penalty of 500 UAH is charged.

8. Exclusively by prior arrangement and subject to availability in the Club, the Guest may extend his stay.

9. Any changes to the agreed departure date and time must be reported to the butler no later than 24 hours before the estimated time.

10. In case of early departure or no-show, a refund is provided that the Guest notifies the Club’s reservation service of their decision no later than 48 hours in advance.

11. For your own safety, we recommend that you do not invite strangers to your chalet, as well as non-resident guests more than 7, i.e. the maximum number of residents and non-resident guests per chalet is 15

12. Your non-resident guests are required to register and pay for their stay or leave the Club Chalet (hereinafter, the Club) after 10:00 PM

13. Please treat the property and landscape of the Club with care. In case of intentional/unintentional damage/loss of the Club’s property, payment is charged according to the approved price list or the property damage assessment report.

14. We recommend storing valuables in a safe in your chalet

15. Please treat other Guests with respect and avoid making noise in the chalet after 21:00.

16. Smoking is permitted in specially designated areas. Smoking in the chalet and other areas of the Club is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine of UAH 5,000.

17. It is necessary to comply with fire safety and sanitary hygiene rules. It is prohibited to store and use any kind of pyrotechnic, flammable and explosive substances, as well as hookahs, in the chalet and on the territory of the Club. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the chalet and the Club territory, without reimbursement of payment for the Club services.

18. When the air conditioner is running, to ensure maximum cooling/heating of the room and to prevent damage to the Club property, please close the windows and doors in the chalet in which you are staying.

19. When leaving the chalet, in order to prevent damage to property, senseless waste of electricity, and also for the sake of personal safety, please close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, and the TV.

20. On the day of departure, to organize your departure and final payment for the services provided, please contact the butler 30 minutes before the check-out time.

21. Keeping animals up to 5 kg in the Club is allowed only on the territory of the Chalet and the Restaurant. Keeping animals in the spa, Kids Club, as well as visiting guest areas on the Club’s territory by animals is strictly prohibited.

22. Guests are provided with parking on the Club’s territory. The complex administration is not responsible for guests’ valuables left in the car.

23. When booking massage services, the guest must notify the reception desk about the cancellation of the service 2 or more hours before the start of the service. In case of untimely cancellation of the service, the guest will be charged the full cost of the service.

24. The fine for violating the rules of stay is 5000 UAH.
